When you request a demo through our form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, practice website, your role at the practice, and your current marketing budget range. If you book a demo call through our scheduling calendar (provided by Calendly), we additionally collect the details you enter there, such as your name, email address, and any notes you choose to share. We also collect limited technical and usage information automatically through cookies and similar technologies, described under "Cookies and analytics" below.
We use the information you provide to schedule and conduct your demo, to prepare the competitor analysis you requested, to respond to your enquiries, and to follow up with you about our services by email. We use aggregated usage data to understand how the Site performs and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. We do not sell your personal information.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted only to the extent necessary to provide those services. All other categories described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties.
If you have opted in to receive text messages from Leadcom AS, the following applies: message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; you can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you can get help by replying HELP or contacting us at maksim@leadcom.no. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
We use a small number of service providers to operate the Site: Calendly for demo scheduling, Zapier to route form submissions to our systems, Netlify for website hosting, LeadConnector for our website chat widget, and Meta (Meta Pixel) for advertising measurement. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms, and only to the extent needed to provide their service to us.
The Site uses the Meta Pixel, which sets cookies to help us measure the effectiveness of our advertising and understand actions taken on the Site, such as submitting the demo form or booking a call. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can learn about and manage Meta's advertising preferences at facebook.com/ads/preferences.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above: enquiry and demo information for as long as we have an active dialogue or business relationship with you, and afterwards only as long as required for legitimate business or legal purposes. You may request deletion at any time.
If you are in Norway, the EU, or the EEA, you have rights under the GDPR, including the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to our processing of it, and to receive a copy in a portable format.
